Credit Union (CCU) is hiring - join our team as a CRM Experience
Manager!This is an exciting new opportunity that plays a critical
part in both the successful build and long-term development of our
new CRM (customer relationship management) platform, Creatio.What
you'll do in this role:As the CRM Experience Manager, you'll work
with the CRM end-users to understand the user experience and
identify areas for improvement in workflows and interfaces. This
includes collaborating with different business units to achieve
both operational and strategic goals through CRM integrations and
related initiatives. You'll also maintain and develop the CRM
platform roadmap, evaluate future enhancements, and support new
feature testing and release procedures.This is a "flex" position
with potential work from home days along with onsite days based at
our Gurnee corporate office. In 2024, we will move to our new
location in Lake Forest but will still offer a flex schedule! -This
work includes:
- Working with CRM platform end-user teams to understand the
current and target user experience. Documenting points of friction
in existing user journeys and proactively identify opportunities to
improve the user experience and related workflows.
- Collaborating with business units to pursue strategic goals
through CRM integrations, development, related apps, and
initiatives. -
- Working closely with the CRM business analyst and system
administrator to document, refine, and prioritize platform
enhancements and fixes.
- Collaborating with learning & development, and service delivery
teams to proactively inform, train, and embed new user features and
workflows.
- Providing key input and recommendations to the CRM steering
committee to align on platform roadmap and priorities. -Developing
and maintaining CRM platform roadmap.
- Proactively evaluate coming platform release notes and
recommend immediate and potential future enhancements with the help
of the system administrator and business analyst. Supporting new
feature testing and release procedures.What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's Degree in business, Information Systems, Technology
or Related- Preferred
- 4+ years' experience in financial services - Preferred
- 2+ years' experience in CRM Platform Management
- In a product management or platform admin function-
Preferred
- 2+ years' experience working with Creatio - Preferred
- Ability to build effective relationships across the
organization
- Excellent problem solving, time management, and organizational
skills
