Consumers Credit Union (CCU) is hiring - join our team as a CRM
Experience Manager!
This is an exciting new opportunity that plays a critical part in
both the successful build and long-term development of our new CRM
(customer relationship management) platform, Creatio.
What you'll do in this role:
As the CRM Experience Manager, you'll work with the CRM end-users
to understand the user experience and identify areas for
improvement in workflows and interfaces. This includes
collaborating with different business units to achieve both
operational and strategic goals through CRM integrations and
related initiatives. You'll also maintain and develop the CRM
platform roadmap, evaluate future enhancements, and support new
feature testing and release procedures.
This is a "flex" position with potential work from home days along
with onsite days based at our Gurnee corporate office. In 2024, we
will move to our new location in Lake Forest but will still offer a
flex schedule!
