professional lives. Position Summary: The Clinical Operations Asset
Lead will report to the Clinical Operations Portfolio Lead and lead
a clinical operations team in the preparation, conduct and delivery
of clinical trials in support of R&D work for a given molecule
from Phase 1 through 4.Responsibilities: Build deep knowledge of
assigned molecule to become operational reference point for the
cross functional asset team.Establishes timelines for a clinical
trial activity as part of a clinical development
program.Establishes and manages accurate budget for a group of
clinical trials in partnership with internal R&D partners and
external vendors. Responsible for accuracy of rolled up clinical
program budget.Establishes recruitment strategies are being
identified per trial and clinical trial teams are working to use
all internal and external data available. Ensure team has built
working recruitment model that can be used for scenario planning.
Partner with internal and external patient advocacy opportunities
for the long term.Drives effective cross functional development
planning and strategy to impact trial design and conduct.Manages,
mentors and guides trial team members in the planning for and
conduct of trials.Ensure each trial team and CRO has operational
plans to support recruitment, start up and trial data
delivery.Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external
vendors to deliver trials through clear communication, detailed
problem analysis and issue resolution per SOPs.Provide ongoing
resource estimation and management based on molecule development
planLead, manage and develop the clinical operations trial team
individuals reporting either directly or indirectly up to this role
per molecule.Qualifications and Skills Required:BS degree in
related field, scientific background. Advanced degree preferred . 1
2+ years experience in pharmaceutical clinical research.Ability to
travel up to 20%, may require travel outside of the USStrong
comprehensive and analytical skills.Proficient in Microsoft
Office.Professional, proactive demeanor.Strong interpersonal
