Job Description:
The Director of Outpatient Services provides the leadership and
strategic planning of the outpatient program offered at the
facility; ensuring the program meet the needs of the community and
the facilitys performance goals and objectives. Responsibilities
include the overall administrative processes and management systems
for geriatric services offered at the facility, promotion and
maintenance of a therapeutic environment, and development and
implementation of clinical treatment programs.Education: Graduate
of an accredited school of nursing, social work, or related mental
health field; Masters Degree preferred.Experience: Minimum of five
(5) years experience in psychiatric/mental health field, with a
minimum of three (3) years experience in advanced
clinical/management practiceLicense: Appropriate Washington state
licensure in mental health.Additional Requirements: A strong
knowledge of The Joint Commission, CMS, OSHA regulations, and
patient rights standards and all other applicable federal and state
laws and regulations governing mental health care facilities.Lake
