    • Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards -
    • Supervise the non-clinical staff within the dental practice - How You'll Succeed -
      • Ready to be part of a patient-centric team - -
      • 2-5 years of experience in sales management or retail management; some combination of management and sales required -
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to make decisions independently -
      • Knowledge of Microsoft Office business applications - -
        • Bachelor's degree preferred
