Job Description:

Parallel Employment Group is seeking a self-motivated, energetic Bilingual (English/Spanish) Account Manager who excels in building strong relationships with both business clients and assignment employees. The most critical aspect of this position is the ability to manage the accounts and generate increased business by exceeding the client-- - -s service expectations. The success of this position requires strong organizational and computer skills as well as knowledge of human resource management and employment law. This individual must be proactive in dealing with assignment employees, safety issues, timecards and payroll questions.Career development and advancement opportunities offered along with PTO package and 401K.Responsibilities - Bilingual Onsite Account Manager (English/Spanish)-- -

  • Onboard new hires on first day at client site
  • Manage employee questions and concerns regarding assignment and position
  • Establishes a strong relationship with assignment employees by treating them with dignity and respect
  • Work with supervisors to monitor employees and provide coaching regarding attendance, performance, productivity (using the Four points of discipline)
  • Daily reporting and metric management
  • Assist office recruiting staff to ensure clients staffing needs are being meet
  • Understands and works in compliance with all EEOC policies (discrimination, etc.) Reports all discrimination, harassment complaints to the Senior On-Site Manager, Branch Manager and Human Resources department.
  • Investigates all complaints as directed, completes all paperwork, documents and faxes or emails completed forms to HR
  • Develops a strong rapport with all client contacts by regular communication -- - - consults with all plant managers on a weekly basis to find out their hiring needs
  • Services the account to exceed the client-- - -s expectation -- - - knows the client-- - -s needs, likes and dislikes and communicates changes and updates of client policies to all employees on assignment Requirements
    • Education/Training: High school diploma or GED required -- - - College Degree is preferred.. Data entry score of 5000 minimum with a maximum of a 6% error rate required. Computer testing must score 80% on the basics of Word and Excel. Knowledge of Access and Microsoft Outlook a plus
    • Experience: Previous customer service, human resources or client experience preferred.
    • Skills and Abilities: Must be able to multi-task and handle stress in a fast-paced environment Ability to learn the TempWorks System as well as the ability to pass Employment Law Certification course
    • Job Conditions/Work Locations: Office located on-site in a warehouse or manufacturing business. 40 hours a week plus OT as needed. Some flexibility in schedule needed.
    • Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for extended periods of time and regularly access files on the computer. Must be ability to walk extended periods of time on concrete floors in the manufacturing area of the Client as well as bend, stoop, and lift light materials.
