is an intergal part of the team and is responsible for winning new
work. Client DetailsMy client is one of the oldest and most
respected general contractors in Chicago. They do over $800M a year
in revenue and have a strong backlog of projects into 2023. My
client does work in hospitality, luxury hi-rise, public, heavy
civil, and retail.Description* Use local news, Crain's, Dodge
reports, Contacts, LinkedIn, Newspapers etc. to ensure we are not
missing opportunities in the Chicagoland area* Continue and
strengthen current relationships with General Contractors and
individual clients* Find and create new relationships with General
Contractors and individual clients * Conduct market research on
trends, types of work etc. that our company should be pursing *
Join associations (ASA, CAGC etc..) to represent my client in the
associations* Lead and organize charitable and community
eventsProfile* A 4-year degree (business, marketing, or
communications). Plus, a minimum of five year's experience in
construction, sales, or communications.* Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills (tact, diplomacy, influence, etc.).* A
strong ability to work with computers.* To be a business-oriented
