for a Organizational Culture Manager (Only W2). This position is a
12 months' Contract with possible extensions, for one of our key
clients, a Fortune 100 American multinational medical devices and
health care company which helps people live fully and offers
information, medicines, and breakthroughs to help one manage their

Skills/ Experience Needed:
Bachelor's degree. Master's degree in L&D, OD or related field,
OR an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
An experience project manager who can lead the IT Culture
Committee. Needs to have a creative/marketing mindset as this
individual will work closely with the IT Marketing and
Communications team to socialize this initiative and help make
significant change for the client's Culture. Must have experience
in Organizational Culture Change.
The client has embarked on an initiative to foster a renewed sense
of belonging around the world under the direction of a specially
appointed IT Culture Committee. Comprised of employees from across
IT and under the direct leadership of client's CIO, the Culture
Committee is developing initiatives and programs for the
organization that allow all IT employees to feel seen, heard and
connected at work. Creating an inclusive culture that fosters this
sense of belonging is critical for each person to reach their full
Roles and Responsibilities:
Consult with IT Culture Committee team members on strategies for
creating the best workplace for all IT employees.
Create and implement programs to support workplace engagement and a
sense of belonging.
Create awareness of programs and program activities across the
Facilitate workshops and meetings with individuals from across
client identify obstacles, opportunities, and strategies for the IT
Culture Committee to implement.
Partner with the IT Marketing & Communications team to socialize
the initiative to all of client and execute on marketing plans.
The Organizational Culture Consultant will partner with the leaders
and members of the IT Culture Committee to support the development,
implementation and measurement of the various programs being
addressed. This position will report into the IT Marketing &
Communications team, focused on:
Shaping the overall approach to ensure the key objective of
developing a sense of belonging within the organization is met.
Developing and executing marketing campaigns and culture
initiatives/programs focused on the key activities and outcomes
from the sub-teams (Pillars) of the Culture Committee.
Act as a consultant to the team, providing insights and expertise
on organizational design and organizational dynamics to assist the
team in being successful.
Have a creative approach as this role will help drive the
socialization of this initiative across the organization.
