implementation of significant and complex enterprise wide
ITprograms through the management of multiple significant projects.
Plans and directs programschedules and budgets. Monitors the
progress of programs and supports stakeholders onapplicable
matters. Assigns and project manages work of program staff.
- Responsible for managing the implementation of significant and
complex enterprise wide IT programs through the management of
multiple significant projects.
- Involved in developing, modifying, and executing IT programs
that have global company-wide reach.
- Regularly supports senior management and IT leadership through
the management of IT programs with significant scope and
- Responsible for ensuring that all programs and projects meet
budget, strategic, and business requirements upon delivery.
- Responsible for tracking key project milestones and
recommending adjustments to IT leadership, IT managers, and/or IT
- May manage the performance of direct reports by defining
accountabilities, establishing performance objectives and goals,
providing feedback and guidance and ensuring that all policies are
understood and adhered to.
- Performs other duties as directed.
- University degree in Computer Science or a related field plus
generally ten years ofdirectly related experience.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate customer meetings, negotiate
and influence outcomes.
- Strong program/project management and leadership skills,
utilizing personnel frommultiple disciplines.Ability to identify
and manage priorities as demonstrated by the ability to establish,
track,and meet schedules for multiple projects while maintaining
high quality and exceptionalcustomer service.
- Strong working technical and/or IT development experience.
