Job Description Job Description Job Title: Production Associate Description This position includes checking equipment and production areas before and during operation, monitoring product safety and quality, and keeping accurate records. QA Techs also support root?cause investigations and quality improvement efforts. Each technician is assigned to one of three areas—QX Systems, Blending and Offline Projects, or Dock and Offline Projects—and is responsible for monitoring production parameters, verifying compliance through record reviews and direct observation, performing pre?operational and changeover inspections, documenting any issues and corrective actions, and conducting SSOP inspections while the plant is running. Skills Production Inspection Packaging Microsoft Office Excel Responsibilities Perform testing, inspection, light assembly, machine operation, and packaging tasks. Meet assembly metrics by efficiently assembling pieces. Utilize basic computer skills for documentation and reporting. Maintain high-quality standards through diligent testing and inspection. Operate hand tools and test equipment as required. Ensure good attendance and punctuality. Pay $21/hour based off of interview and previous work experience. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Maribel, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
