Snapshot As Project Manager II, you’ll lead projects from pre-sale
coordination through successful closeout, ensuring scope clarity,
schedule execution, and customer satisfaction across complex
commercial interior programs. You’ll serve as the operational hub
between sales, design, manufacturing, field service, contractors,
and customers. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in
fast-moving, deadline-driven environments and enjoys translating
technical plans into executable project strategies. You’ll manage
scope, contracts, schedules, and cross-functional resources to
deliver seamless, turnkey solutions. ???? What You’ll Do Estimate
and develop detailed customer contracts by interpreting
architectural drawings and technical plans, conducting quantity
takeoffs, and defining scope inclusions, exclusions, and
assumptions. Coordinate pre-sale activities through final project
closeout, ensuring alignment across scope, schedule, and
deliverables. Manage and maintain project data within CRM and ERP
systems, including Salesforce and related platforms. Facilitate
cross-functional planning and scheduling across Design, CAD,
Technical Services, Manufacturing, and Field Service teams. Lead
internal coordination to protect lead times, achieve milestone
targets, and ensure smooth project execution. Communicate
proactively with customers, contractors, and partners to clarify
scope, delivery timelines, and site conditions. Resolve scope gaps,
change requests, and field issues through structured change
management and critical problem-solving. Troubleshoot complex or
non-standard project conditions and drive resolution of escalated
issues. Support development of new product SKUs and pricing
structures in collaboration with internal teams and key accounts.
Ensure projects are properly closed out to achieve customer
satisfaction and timely payment. Train and support junior team
members as needed. ? What You Need to Succeed Bachelor’s degree in
Construction Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related
field preferred, plus 3 years of relevant project or program
management experience — or equivalent combination of education and
experience. Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings,
construction plans, and technical documents. Strong technical
foundation in construction, manufacturing, or commercial interiors
environments preferred. Experience working with CRM systems
(Salesforce strongly preferred) and ERP platforms (Epicor a plus).
High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel,
Project, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint. Strong analytical and
mathematical reasoning skills to evaluate scope and contract price
changes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the
ability to coordinate across technical and non-technical
stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to manage scope changes, resolve
conflicts, and navigate ambiguous project conditions.
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with strong deadline and
priority management skills. Collaborative and proactive, with the
ability to align cross-functional teams and manage customer
expectations. Comfortable working independently while leading
cross-functional coordination efforts. ???? Pay & Benefits We offer
