Competitive hourly pay with overtime opportunities Shift differentials where applicable Comprehensive benefits package including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and paid holidays Life and disability insurance Long-term stability within a well-established organization Job Details Key Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial manufacturing equipment, including furnaces, presses, CNC machinery, conveyors, hydraulics, and pneumatics Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime Diagnose equipment failures and execute effective repairs under production time constraints Support facility maintenance including compressors, HVAC, cranes/hoists, and material handling equipment Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical manuals Perform basic electrical work including motors, sensors, relays, and control panels Participate in continuous improvement and reliability initiatives Follow all safety procedures, lockout/tagout protocols, and environmental regulations Document maintenance activities and communicate issues to leadership and operations teams Required Qualifications 3 years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing or heavy industrial environments Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills (bearings, gearboxes, hydraulics, pneumatics) Working knowledge of electrical systems (motors, controls, sensors, VFDs preferred) Experience working with high-temperature or heavy equipment preferred Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and maintenance documentation Comfortable working in physically demanding environments (heat, noise, lifting, standing) Strong safety mindset and team-oriented attitude Preferred Skills & Experience Welding or fabrication experience PLC troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley or similar) Experience in metal casting, forging, machining, or similar industrial processes CMMS experience Trade school, apprenticeship, or technical certification Interested in hearing more?
