You’ll Be Doing As a Supply Chain Manager, you will optimize the
planning, procurement, and movement of materials required to
manufacture products at the Mt Prospect site. The Supply Chain
Manager will have a direct impact on our Operations group,
responsible for: Managing the SIOP process and master scheduling
for the site Managing the purchasing group to source and deliver
material from our global supplier base Managing the inbound
logistics and warehousing of material Managing the cycle count
program to ensure accuracy of all material on-site Who We’re
Looking For You will bring a strong supply chain background with
well demonstrated success in in leading multiple functions in the
supply chain with dynamic critical thinking and a sense of urgency
to drive the success of the manufacturing site. Qualifications and
Requirements Bachelor of Science in manufacturing, engineering or
related field MBA preferred 10 years of experience in Supply Chain
Management preferably in discrete manufacturing of
electro-mechanical products Demonstrated expertise in the use of
ERP systems and data analysis tools – Excel, PowerBI, SQL Excellent
verbal and written communication skills and the ability to write or
speak about complicated issues in a manner that will be understood
by all levels of the organization Demonstrated work experience in a
continuous improvement environment with the ability to identify
root cause and corrective actions while developing processes to
support associates in their work Independently motivated to achieve
great results individually and for the business, with sense of
urgency and initiative to drive difficult projects. Ability to
travel up to 10% Personal Attributes Action Oriented: You display a
sense of urgency and are known for being a timely decision maker
Analytical Thinker: You need to have insight and enjoy solving
problems Decision-Making Skills: You have a reputation for making
