As a Coach, you will design and lead age-appropriate drills of strength and speed, offer guidance and mentorship. If you have a sports or coaching background and want to make a real difference in the lives of young athletes (middle school, high school and college), we want to hear from you! Responsibilities - Lead age-appropriate workouts focusing on technique, endurance, skill development, and drills. - Provide positive feedback, guidance, and encouragement - Communicate with parents/guardians - Follow all health and safety guidelines Qualifications - Previous experience coaching children/students is preferred - Comfortable with speaking to and educating parents - Knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics is preferred but not required - First aid and CPR-certified - Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills
