What We Offer Weekly pay of $21.00 up to $ 24per hour Direct deposit & debit card payment options Health, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance Weekly Pay Maintenance Mechanic Tasks & Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs on landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, skid steers, etc.) Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues Maintain company trucks, trailers, and related equipment Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and keep accurate service records Troubleshoot breakdowns and perform timely repairs to minimize downtime Maintain a clean, safe, and organized maintenance area Communicate equipment needs and repair status with management Follow all safety procedures and company policies Maintenance Mechanic Shift Info Day Shift, 5:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday - Friday Maintenance Mechanic Qualifications (Requirements/Skills) Able to pass a background check Able to work in the US Proven experience as a maintenance mechanic or small engine mechanic Knowledge of landscaping equipment and light-duty vehicles Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues Basic welding and fabrication skills a plus Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Valid driver’s license required (CDL a plus, but not required) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions Able to pass a background check Able to work in the US Apply today!
