Position Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls, determine their purpose and forward calls to appropriate people or department.
• Use word processing, spreadsheets or specialized software to complete daily requests.
• Order office and department supplies.
• Assist with customer service calls, daily correspondences and clerical duties.Minimum Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 - 3 years related receptionist experience.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in a corporate office environment preferred.
