  • Plans, organizes and directs the operations of the Laboratory department for Vista Health System.Qualifications:
    • Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology.
    • 5+ years' experience as a clinical laboratory services leader in an acute care hospital.
    • Excellent team leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Strong experience in personnel management, budget preparation, and planning.
    • Demonstrated success in project coordination and quality initiative management.
    • Extensive experience with the Joint Commission, CLIA, OSHA and state and federal licensing and other regulations as they relate to clinical laboratory services.
