Office Assistant

Our client is seeking an Office Assistant for a growing family owned business in Waukegan. This is an evaluation hire position with pay up $16-$18/hour depending on skills and experience. If you are hard working and enthusiastic this position is for you!

  Responsibilities for Office Assistant:
  
  • Receive incoming phone calls and emails from customers and respond accordingly
  • Resolve customer complaints
  • Manage scheduling including dispatching
  • Follow up with both existing and potential customers to ensure satisfaction and gain feedback
  • Oversee time management of teams in the field
  • Provide work orders as per schedule
  • Receive completed work orders and enter into database
  • Maintain customer database
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
  • Complete monthly office supply inventory and orders
    Qualifications for Office Assistant:
    
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Effective communication skills- verbal and written
    • Ability to establish priorities, work independently and proceed with objectives with little supervision
    • Proficient computer skills including word, excel and QuickBooks a plus
    • Administration or customer service experience a plus!
    • Extremely well organized, detail oriented, self-motivated, reliable and dependable
    • Career minded, looking for a position to grow in and advance through the years
