DescriptionJoin us for on-site interviews on Tuesday, 5/2/2023 from 4:00 - 7:00 pm at our Corporate Office located at 1075 Tri-State Parkway, Gurnee, IL. All candidates will be interviewed, we'd love to meet you!

We're looking for passionate and experienced customer service professionals to join our growing Contact Center team. You'll start working at our Gurnee office for onboarding and training then will have an opportunity to work from home. Our Contact Center Representatives are the first point of contact for our members and assist them with questions about accounts, loans, online banking, mobile access, and more. They provide excellent service and ensure each and every member is extremely satisfied with their interaction. This is a fast-paced position with opportunities for rewards, recognition and career advancement!
Compensation Structure Hourly rate + annual bonus eligibility + incentives + benefits
Qualifications


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of customer service, retail, contact center, hospitality, sales or related experience. Banking/financial, high-volume service, or office experience is ideal but not required.
  • Advanced proficiency with computer systems/software applications
  • Professional communication skills
  • Self-directed and independent worker
  • Appreciation for being helpful, positive, acting with integrity, and embracing inclusion and diversity
  • Ability to work between the hours of 8:00 AM - 6:15 PM (weekdays) and 8:00 AM-2:15 PM (one Saturday per month). There is flexibility in the weekly schedule and periodic overtime may be available.
  • Ability to be onsite for the first 30 days at our Gurnee corporate office (Lake Forest building in 2024) for onboarding and training. After 30 days, employees can choose to be anchor, flex or fully remote.
